I'm leaving on a jet plane....well almost!!!

Well its less then 2 days (well 42 hours and 10 minutes, but who's counting?) until I head off to America...I actually have no purpose behind writing this post apart from the fact that I am utterly bored frm confirming flights and accomodation and having no motivation or will to continue to pack just yet (because putting 5 pairs of shoes in a suitcase constitutes packing for my books)!!!

Christmas was good down in Hobart as I caught up with my nan and her husband, and my aunty and cousins. We only stayed for 2 days given that myself, as well as mum had a lot to do back in Melbourne!!!

This will probably be the last post before I get to America, so for those who read this before they get a group email, Happy New Year. For the Australians, I'll be in the air come New Years and for the Americans I will be in LA/San Diego for New Years. I then travel to Boston on the 1st for 4 days and fly down to Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina on the 5th of January to get to Duke :-D

Orientation begins on the 6th with classes begining January 9....p.s. I have two deferred exams and have not started studying for them yet, oh well, I guess that is why god invented 17 hour flights between Melbourne and LA :-p

It's almost time

Hey everyone....well its only about 8 and a half days until my plane takes off from Melbourne (but whose counting????

Things are well in Melbourne...just getting final stuff sorted and heading off to Hobart for xmas. I leave on December 31st and will be spending NYE in San Diego and then heading to Boston on Jan 1 until Jan 5 before arriving at Duke that afternoon and having orientation the next day (Friday, Jan 6).

CLasses start Jan 9, so for once Bondies someone begins before you do, but I'll have public holidays and SPRING BREAK to look foward too!!!!!!

ok well I should sign off....I'll try and call each and every one of you before I go but can't make any promises!!!!!
